I took these shots based on my famous photographer, Larry Fink. The dancers I shot were so willing to allow me to take there shots numerous times. I feel that some of my shots I captured true emotions. Manly the lighting was the biggest issue I had but after making adjustments and getting the image I wanted it was enough to achieve the look I was going for.

Blue Sun
This photo was taken at West Port. Me and my family had gone clam digging for the day and I was taking photos for the Travel Washington assignment.

My little pony
I took this picture at the daffodil parade for photojournalism. I thought the focus was good but I wish I could have gotten the hooves of the pony too. I also like how the crowd in the background is blurred.

Some really long title that is lengthy and probably won’t be used because of the length
This picture was taken for my Famous Photographer assignment. I took it then I auto colored it then changed it so it was slightly darker, then I added a new layer for my fog effect. I used the paint brush set to 50% optancy and then colored where I wanted the fog to be. Then I Gaussian Blurred it at the maximum pixels and then set the picture into black and white.
(Instructor's note: Austin has a lame title. Which makes him look more goofy than he already is.)

I want CAKE

Description: This is done in the style of my famous photographer that I’m researching. The lighting was pretty good I think. Those little paper stars were just for decoration.

The Skate Park
Description: This was one of my final prints for my travel Washington assignment. My town was Orting and I tried to get multiple attractions, one being the skate park they have. I adjusted the colors and contrast, along with levels to brighten it up and sharpen it more. While I got other interesting pictures, I believe these from the skate park turned out the best. I really like how I was able to capture his movement of the skateboard in order to land the trick, which he did.

Daffodil light up
By: Jenny B.
I took this picture when I was trying to mimic a famous photographer. I shined a bright light on it from the side and then the rest of the room was completely dark. I light how it looks like the flower is just lighting up. I got in real close so the details of the daffodil. I think the shot turned out really nice.

Simplistic Tree
By: Shannon M.
Recently, I’ve become fond of black and white photography. I was taking pictures by hood canal and found this interesting dead tree. This is a Brian Kosoff inspired picture. In Photoshop I transferred it to black and white.

Blooming Blossoms
I took this picture for our famous photographer assignment. With this picture I had to get up close to the flower. It was hard to get the camera to focus but I think that this picture is in great focus. I really like how the colors turned out and that they are so bright. All in all I think that this is a good picture.
