Description: I was at my Grandma’s house for her birthday and I was taking pictures of everything that was going on for her. There was a break in the fun so I went off to her garden and took a few pictures for her to choose from for the background of her computer. But I really liked the way that this one turned out so I decided to use it for an assignment. All I did was crop and add a auto contrast. I really like it.

Wind Chimes
I took this photo for a depth of field review assignment. I took it in my backyard garden. We have a wind chime hanging from an overhang. The wind was blowing so it took a few tries to make the dangling heart in focus. I like how the background is extremely blurry and it looks like the heart is swinging.

Sad Puppy Eyes
I really like this photo. I was working on my photo skills review and I was trying different angles. I love the way I captured my six month old puppy jack. I was able to capture his soft warm brown eyes. I got down on his level on the floor right in front of him and took the picture and it turned out really great.

Green Blades
Description: I took this photo in my backyard, as part of my elements of composition assignment. I focused on getting all the lines of the grass together getting most of the drops of water left from the morning dew in the picture as well. I used curves, levels and contrast tools to bring out the green color, and the glisten from the water. My favorite part about this photo is the interweaving of all the blades of grass.
