Crisp Autumn Day

I really like this picture. I was trying to get some pictures for my fall picture assignment and was just snapping shot of all the trees. I like the colors of the leaves and the way they look in the picture. This picture turned out way better than I thought it would.

Description: I was walking around in my neighborhood and I noticed a bright yellow leaf laying on a pile of dark leaves. I loved the contrast of the different colors and I thought that I would take a few pictures for my Autumn assignment and I really liked the way that this one turned out.

The Golden Sheers

Description: This photo I took for our close up assignment, I really like how it came out; it is a picture of my sisters cosmetology scissors that she had laying on a chair, I like how the flash is reflected off of the golden handle, and how the one pair is in focus but everything else is not in focus.

Water Droplets

Taking this photo was a challenge. I took this in my garage I set up two lamps and a strobe light, plus I used flash. I must have taken at least 60 pictures and this is the only one that came out exactly the way I wanted. In total it must have taken an hour and a half but well worth it.
