La Nuit

This picture was taken in Tacoma for my winter theme. I liked that the dead tree with the Christmas lights was in the front, but you can also see the city lights in the background. It didn’t require much editing other than reducing a bit of the vibrancy to make it look more like a winter-themed photo.

Overcast Café

I took this picture for a winter theme assignment. The empty table and dead trees stuck out to me. I added a little vibrancy to make some of the colors pop but the lighting was good.

Mickey the Pilot

I took this photo at my moms work, Clover Park Technical College the Aviation center. One of their pilots showed me this toy and I thought it was cute so I took a few shots of it. I used natural the flash because the natural light in the building was really dim. I got in close and touched it up in Photoshop; I think it turned out nice.

Moonlit Tree

Kayla K.
I took this photo one night while my family was outside. I wanted some of the tree to be blurred and the moon to be shown but not all the way focused. I didn’t want the trunk of the tree to be the main focus because I thought that was kind of boring. I didn’t edit this photo at all.

Starry Snowflakes

I took this at the Fantasy Lights. It was really fun to take pictures of the lights but it was really hard to get what I wanted. Maybe if I had a tri pod more of the pictures would be clear but it didn’t help when the car kept moving and my sister climbing all over me. Other than the problems I had, I had really good ones and this was one of my favorites.

Standout

I took this picture for my selective color assignment. While taking pictures in my room I noticed how my bible was in between all of my seventeen magazines and thought it was would an interesting picture. I like that the bible is dead center and it stands out in the picture. Within the assignment we had to color only one part of the picture to make the book stand out. Over all I like this picture put it really isn’t one of my all time favorites.

Little blue bow

This photo was original of a blue box and bow that I had but after taking it I felt it needed some kind of change, so I decided it change the color to black and white, but then it was to plain. So then I made it so it was just the bow with color. After doing that I was happy with the outcome.
