This picture was taken for my Famous Photographer assignment. I took it then I auto colored it then changed it so it was slightly darker, then I added a new layer for my fog effect. I used the paint brush set to 50% optancy and then colored where I wanted the fog to be. Then I Gaussian Blurred it at the maximum pixels and then set the picture into black and white.
(Instructor's note: Austin has a lame title. Which makes him look more goofy than he already is.)
