To Dance

I took these shots based on my famous photographer, Larry Fink. The dancers I shot were so willing to allow me to take there shots numerous times. I feel that some of my shots I captured true emotions. Manly the lighting was the biggest issue I had but after making adjustments and getting the image I wanted it was enough to achieve the look I was going for.

I like the concept of this picture, but think that there is a lot of dark areas in the photo that could be lighter.
I do like though how the light falls on the dancers.

This is a really cool image because of the lines and shading of the people. I really like the emotion conveyed in the picture through the captured movement of the subjects. Good job :]

You do not see many images like this one these days and so i really enjoyed it. I love the purposeful grainy texture and the black and white of the photo. The movements of the dancers are very random and heartfelt. Maybe a tad to dark for me but overall i love it.

I love the emotion in this picture. The black and white just makes it have so much more meaning. It might have been a little better if it was brighter, but I think it still shows the same emotion. Great job.

I've always loved images of dancers! The way the light hits her body makes it seem like you can almost see her bones and exactly how they are placed within her - making her perform those movements. Their form is very interesting and intreguing. The intense contrast of the image gives it a mysterious yet beautiful sense that I just adore. I think this is an example of very good work. Good job!

I like the idea of capturing the dancers in action.
I really like how dark the photo is, the lighting is perfect! It’s not even too dark. The contrast of their skin being lighter than the background and their clothes is really cool.
The mood is happy, though the picture is dark, the dancer on the right seems to be having fun and loving dancing.

Wow, excellent photo. This really conveys a very fluid emotion, something that won’t last long. However, you’ve seem to have captured a very indescribable moment.

The little light reflects off certain contours of the body perfectly.

There are very little details that you must search for.

I’ve enjoyed my time with this photo, and that is very important.

Bravo!
