Blue Sun

This photo was taken at West Port. Me and my family had gone clam digging for the day and I was taking photos for the Travel Washington assignment.

i like the several shades of blue in this photo. the color adds a calm and cool effect. the slight slant of the angle makes for a cool effect, also. the use of the rule of thirds was used with the main focus being shifted to the right a little. the contrast of the sky and ground is good with the trees in the back. i like how the sun is behind the clouds and has a reflection on the land. the ripples and moisture on the surface is cool.

I like how the sun looks big because of the clouds and that the photo is slightly tilted.
single center of interest is the element of composition. This photo is a little too dark, but
the mood I get from this photo is depressing or sad.
