I was driving home from water polo and my eyes were burning and I could barely see from the chlorine in my eyes and I wanted to capture it, so at a red light I tried my best to get a picture of what I saw. It reminded me of what they show drunk drivers seeing in movies so I named it DUI. It took a few tries going back to the light and taking the picture. It was night time, so I had to set a large aperture to capture all the light and used the dash to hold the camera still so I didn’t get any blur. I’m kind of glad how it turned out since this was the first time I shot at night.

I love the lightning in this photo. The red and yellow and orange and white. There all combining, with the rain drops chilling on the windshield. It really look like a photo out of a photography magazine. Its great.

I like how the colors contrast so blatantly against the dark background.The focus seems to be on the water droplets on the window, which actually turns out really well. It makes the lights less focused and softer.The mood, though you called it DUI, I felt mildly comforted. It brings back memories. :) Good job!

You used an interesting perspective for this, with the camera capturing the windshield rather than the outside.
The focus is also really well done, with the rain drops being really sharp.
I feel like this photo reflects a kind of sleepy mood, but with trepidation.
