I drive a Chevrolet movie theatre sjambok

My fiend JB and I were going to go play paintball one day and had my camera with me. As we passed my school I noticed the clouds above and told my friend to do a u turn in the middle of the road. He asked why and I said just do it. So he did and I snapped a few pics and this is what came out.

Hey. I really liked your picture. Despite the overused subject, I thought that you handled it very good and manipulated it to be a very cool shot. The color scheme is great. You have all the different blues with a bit of pink all the way in the back. The composition is great. On the one hand you have the dark trees at the bottom, but the darkness of the clouds at the top helps in balancing the piece. It seems that you also made use of the rule of thirds, which is very necessary. Especially when doing the sky. Only thing that bugged me were the two lamp posts at the right. It would be better just to crop that out. Great job, overall. Very ominous piece, especially with what seems to be a whirl of clouds in the middle. -RC, SPHS

The picture is very generic. Looking through all of the photo blogs you can find many pictures of pretty skies or sunsets. It's not that it's a bad picture, but it is just not very creative. It doesn't stand out as a great picture because there isn't something interesting about it. Maybe if you edited the colors more and did a more interesting angle or composition it could have been better. I wish you would have cropped out some of the right side because the edge of the lamp posts are in it and it seems awkward. It's a pretty picture and a nice shot but it just doesn't really catch my attention.

I really like your picture. The blue tones on the picture look really cool and give it a mysterious look. I also like how the majority of the picture is sky and gives it an empty feeling. The lightness in the center of the picture also moves your eye throughout the picture. I think the elements of your photo are very good!

This picture is great! The way the sky goes from dark to light really moves the eye. I also like how the top of the image almost looks like a reflection of the bottom. The central blue and black color scheme is great too! I would suggest maybe running a levels adjustment and sharpening the subject of the picture because I cannot tell if it is the clouds or the trees. Great shot!

This shot really stood out to me. I think the sky looks fantastic and the detail in the clouds looks great. The tree line along the bottom gives it some subject matter because really its just a bunch of clouds with no true subject. I think this could have been so much better if you captured it at a different angle to give it some interest. It isn't the best idea to take shots while in a car, but I think this one came out just fine. Keep up the good work.

I like this picture. I like how it has the dark blue at the top and the bottom of the clouds. I like the angle you used. I like the different shades of blue so I'm glad you kept it in color.

I think this picture is beautiful. I love how the sky is the focus and how there's contrast in the lighting that goes from dark to light. I like how the trees are dark also. I noticed how there's just a little light peeking through the clouds as well. The light is soft and it is a very inviting photo. I love it!

The cool thing is the color of scheme, the dark and light color.

I like how it’s kind of stormy but the sun is still shinning through the clouds. It reflects Washington weather really good.

I think this is a really good photo. I like how everything is dark besides the light spot in the sky. It draws your attention right to the center. I also like all of the different blue tones. This photo gives off kind of a gloomy feeling.

This picture is beautiful. I love the contrast of the dark up top and the blue sky coming through the middle. It's sort of symbolic in a way. Very simple but complex at the same time. Good job!
