In a Daze

Photo By Amanda Massey, 6th Period
I took this picture of my friend at Ferrucci Jr. High for my famous photographer assignment. We had to take pictures that resembled our photographer’s photos. I change the picture to black and white on Photoshop.

I like how you made this picture in black and white. I think it would not have had the same visual impact. Good work.

i like this picture, i like the black and whiteness of it. you did a really good job of capturing his emotions. the picture looks a little bit blurry but i dont think it detracts from the photo too bad because its also a little grainy as if it was on purpose.

This is a pretty good picture. The black and white makes it more dramatic looking. The brick looks good too. Good picture!

Good shot, the pose is good. Only thing I would recommend is to crop more to the left, and either center the subject, or lead the subject.

Amanda, this is a really neat photo and portrait! I like the relaxed pose of your friend and the background at Ferrucci is excellent. The bricks in the foreground and distance really contrast nice in black and white. The only nitpick I have is that in the upper right hand corner of the photo, there is a little too much light, but what can you do (especially outside)?

This is a really neat photo. It could almost pass as a senior photo. Great lighting and great center of interest.

I like this one because it’s black and white. Looks like a regular Saturday after picture.
