Water Tower

This was my very first panorama. This is a combination of 5 horizontal pictures placed vertical on top of each other. After I put the pictures together, I added a distort fish eye lens and burned the outer edges. I did this hoping that it would enhance the height of the tower. I really like the colors and the way it was put together.

I adore how well you pulled this off, especially considering that panoramas are hard, as well as fish eye lens, but you combined them and still managed to make this a great picture. The lighting effect, with the edges burned out, adds to the photo, definitely drawing your eye to the main focus—the water tower. My only qualm is that the photo seems a bit ‘off-balanced’. The water tower seems a bit tilted, but that could be just an optical illusion caused by the tree in the frame. In any case, great job.

Can you say b-e-a-utiful? This photograph immediately jumped off the page and into my heart. Different camera angles? You betcha! The water tower looks pristine and almost tall tailish! The shadows around the perimeter help box in the photograph giving the eye something magical to look at! Is this your friend’s water tower? Is this an abandoned getaway? Whatever your mind decides, this photograph is a true masterpiece!

I love the leading of lines you have used in this picture. Not only that, but I like the angle you have used, it makes the picture stretch as far as the eye can see! Plus, I love the leading of lines. This photograph makes me extra happy. :)

Something I really like about this photo is the unique angle of the tower. The coloring in this photo is also really good.
