Description: This photo was part of our “Grab Bag” assignment, which was really just a random assignment. I was fairly happy to have gotten crayons, though I substituted the 12 jumbo crayons for a few dozen Crayolas to better be able to express what I saw. I shot in raw so that I could go back and play with lighting, ink out the background, and really make the colors of the crayons pop. I am pretty happy with the overall effect.

I think this photo is really fun. I like the positioning of the crayons, the black background, and how the colors flow from one to the next. It looks like they’re floating in outer space.

I like how dorian made it look like he threw the crayons up in the air. Also how the same colors are grouped together. I think this is a great photo. and he is an amazing person! :)
