A Spring Flower

I took this picture while taking environmental portraits of my brother. He put this flower into our pond and it started to sink. I quickly snapped a picture and I really liked how it turned out. The bubbles are from the fountain part of the pond and I thought that it added to the picture.

This is a beautiful picture. I love the color of the flower against the dark water. THe Bubbles add a lot of interest to the photo. Great overall picture:)

I’m loving the set up of this picture. You obviously had to take a really quick picture to get this, and you did it perfectly. The flower sinking into the water is beautiful. I find that it reflects a sort-of wistful, somber mood, and it’s a really nice effect. I also really like the way you cropped this photo, with a smaller horizontal crop, because it makes one’s focus more drawn to the flower.

I absolutely love this picture. With how dark the water is, the flower stands out so much and is really pretty.

I really like this photo because the flower stands out and catches your eye. I like how the water is kind of flowing and looks kind of blurry, but the flower is in focus.
I think this photo did a great job at using single center of interest I feel that the lighting was used very well. It was not too dark or too light.

I really like this picture. Not only is the subject in focus, but everything else as well. Although there is both light and dark areas, not one area is to bright or to dark. In my opinion, this photo is a keeper.

Thought it was creative of how you captured the bubbles in the picture. I like how focused the picture is and the type of flower. Nice job! I want to see more!

I really like how the dark color of the water accentuates the flower and gives the bubbles a more 3D look.
