One day, while I was walking down my street I stumbled upon a slug. I thought that it would be a challenging and interesting subject to take pictures of. The hardest part and my most proud part, is how much “in focus’ this picture is. I love how you can tell the texture and sliminess of the slug. An adjustment of levels, curves, brightness/ contrast was used to enhance and define the clarity of the photo.

Wow. This is a really neat photograph. . .I love how detailed it is and how it almost gives the slug a personality. I guess I've never seen a slug close-up before becos the patterns on its body are really cool and new to me. I really love the way it is focused, too. Good work.

I love all the texture in this photograph, it looks like I could reach out and touch and feel it. I like the lighting, it’s kind of green but it brings something to the picture. I wish the slug was a little more in the frame, but nice picture overall.
This picture is a great Macro picture. The many different textures make it interesting to look at time and time again. The focus is right on. I enjoy how the snails head is in focus and his body slowly goes out of focus.
