Bunches of Apples

I took this picture for our water splashes assignment. This was a really hard assignment. I had to put my camera on a Tri-pod and use a ton of light because my shutter speed was so fast. It was really hard to get everything in focus. I think this picture turned out really great.

This picture is so awesome..i love the colors. that is the best part. and i also love how misshapen the apples got when they were put in the water. It was a great idea to make this photo an action shot. it really adds a lot more detail to it all. Also, the black background is a great touch. It sort of makes the water disappear but the splashing makes it visible. This is great photography!

This picture is really cool. I like how the colors of the apples pop. I really like how all the apples are green except for the red apple. good job.

This is a beautiful picture; the apples are so vibrant and the one off the page in the corner really makes you think. The splash looks really cool and moves your eye throughout the photo.

This picture is impressive. You captured the shot at the perfect moment. I don't think the focus could be any more perfect or detailed. The vivid colors of the apples really catch the eye. There is so much motion in this picture and that's what I like about it.

I really love this picture!! The contrast of the black background against the bright color of the apples makes them seem as if they could pop right out of the picture! I also love how you captured the splash of water. Even though the apples out bright it, it demands attention. Again, I love this picture!! I love the idea, and think it is very creative!

This is a really cool shot. I love the contrast in the photo and the way you froze the water instead of blurring it. The focus is also well done.

Hi! I'm in photo 1-2 at a school in Illinois and I wanted to let you know that I really like your picture. I love how you used simplicity and captured the water splashing. I might have cropped the photo in more, but besides that it's really nice. If you want you can see some of my photos with the included link. Thanks!

I love the movement in this picture. It's timed perfectly to capture the water splashing up. I also like the one red apple which contrasts to the other green ones. Good job.

This is really cool! I've always wanted to do a drop-in-water shot. I like the one red apple along with the splash on the same side. It really draws your eye. Very nice job :) -EB from SPHS

I really like the splash. It’s very crisp and the background makes the colors of everything that much sharper. I love the contrast between the red and green apples. If I had to change something it would be to have a bigger glass. It might look interesting. Great job. -KS from RHS

I like the colors in this picture. I like the way the red apple stands out from the other three. I also like how once the apples are emerged in the water, they seem to take on a completely different structure. This is a great splash photo!
