Wrestlers

I was taking photos during the ERHS vs. Beamer match. I got many great photos but this photo really got what I was looking for. Getting the two athletes locked up for positioning and trying to get an advantage on one another was what I think made the photo. It also has a brightness over top of them from the light above, which makes it seem like divine people are watching an epic match of fighters. But anyway, I thought this photo was one of the best I took out of all of the others. Hope you like it.

This picture is pretty cool. I like the lighting. The background really makes your eyes focus on the wrestlers. And also the white light on their bodies gives it a really cool affect. NICE JOB!

The lighting for this photo is perfect, you should be proud.

This picture really catches your attention. I love the lighting. It is a very dramatic photo- the lighting against the darkened crowd and the struggle between the two wrestlers play off each other very well.

This is a great use of lighting. I like how the background is dark and the main focus is on the middle. The background there is people barely visible taking them out would have been a good idea. Good picture though.

Whenever I get in situations where the lighting falls harshly on a subject, as in this photo, I expose only the subject. I think that the effect of having such a dark background makes the shot dramatic. If I were you I would have underexposed the shot a little more so that the wrestlers weren't as blown out. This would darken the background even more, making the people behind less visible. Propper use of the curves tool could help too. Good luck, nice work.

This is a great photo. The lighting is amazing for a sports shot. I've never seen wrestlers wrestle in that kind of lighting before. The only thing I can think of to do would be to clone stamp out the person in the background on the left. But overall, this is one great shot.

i really like the photo. The silhouette of the two guys. Maybe i would have darken the people in the back ground. The lady on the left is kinda out of place. Overall nice shot.
