Photo by Chelsea Heinzman, 6th PeriodThis is another picture that I took at the From the Fall show. I really like how it turned out and how close of a shot I was able to get. It really shows how into it these guys get, and how much of a work out it is to go up and play some music.

Nice perspective! Your photo definitely captures the mood of the guy and shows how hard he is working (sweating it out!). The black background really sets off his face and the lighting is awesome in that it gives the subject a nice aura. The only complaint is that you cut off the top of his head, but other then that, bang up job!

dope! this makes me think of braveheart. i like the angle and close you took this at. the focus is great and you captured the look of determination haha. props
this is a great shot but all of the sweat is kind of disgusting. Nice shot though keeping everything in focus with such a dark background.

So that guy was pretty sweaty. At least it didn’t get on us. This is a real good, I was about to say music portrait but no one else would really be able to tell, portrait saying that this guy works hard at what he does I guess. I’m not really sure how to put it. But the picture is good since you took it at a show and it was dark and there were some funky lights going on. Good job.
good job capturing a funny moment. the black background is very appropriate because it leaves all the attention to this very sweaty man.

I really do like this picture it shows a lot of emotion. I really enjoy looking at this picture because you have the dark black background and then his white face and you can tale that he's been really crying over something unless he's just sweating really hard.

The composition of this picture is awesome. I like the background and how it is all black. The expression on his face shows he is pissed off or really concentrating in whatever he is doing. The perspective from which you took this picture is great, oh and the sweat on his face adds that little extra something.
Dang that guy is sweating pretty bad, this is a good shot because it really shows how much he is sweating.
It cuts half her face off but I think that’s what makes it interesting.
