Photo by Chris Forte, 5th Period

This is a picture I like from our new photo lighting studio but I needed to light the background a little more.

Photo updated May 7.

You have better examples than this one. The lighting is dark. Look for a better photo to use.

The lighting in this photo is really weird. It looks like the lighting when you take close-ups in your house.Good try though. -samantha

This photo is really boring. You need better lighting on the background also. You could have chose a different picture. Nice try though!

This is a nice photo Chris. It isnt very creative, and is kinda boring, but a great photo. Very marketable.

this is a different picture from the original posted one so the description is for another photo

all you had to do with the background lighting was move it up a little. and to make this photo a little more exciting, harshen the light a little to bring out those colors. make sure your subject isnt moving too much i noticed her sweater string is blurry. thatll make a picture unmarketable. I do like this photo though you had the right idea.

How's it Goin?

This portrait is koo, you know but i believe just by seeing it. It would be even cooler if you would have avoided getting the red chair that she was sitting in, in the picture. But if you were trying to do that, then i suppose the picture is okie dokie. Put it in the year book.

Keep It up

This picture is pretty good I can’t imagine its too easy to get the lighting right. It would have been neat if you got one of the red lights to really make her hair show up because its really spiffy. But like you said definitely more light.

This is an ok photo, but it reminds me of an elementary school picture. Its not the best photo i have seen but its an ok one.

Good portrait Chris! The studio background and lighting makes it look professional, but you are right, the lighting could be a little brighter up top. The angle is interesting as well, but not one that I am particularly fond of. I like that you took the time to set up in the studio though, not too many people did that.
