Steamin

I took this picture on Christmas of the meat we were having. It had just gotten out of the oven and I was trying to get the steam and it turned out pretty good as well as the taste.

I really like that you were able to capture the meat steaming, it really establishes the warm, holiday-esque mood. I like the placement of it, but feel that the colors are a bit flat due to the use of flash. The focus could also use a bit of work, the meet and steam being a bit out of focus, but a nice picture overall.
