Sweet Tooth

This was a picture I took for our “Circles” theme assignment. I used red, yellow, and orange skittles and arranged them on my desk. I also used my desk lamp for more light. My camera was set to macro, making sure to focus in on the single red skittle more than the rest. I edited the colors and brightness in photoshop. There was also a big white glare blocking off part of the “S” on the red skittle so I used the stamp tool to fix it.

I really like this photo, how the skittles are placed, and how it is focused on the one red skittle. I wish there wasn’t such a glare on the other skittles. Overall it’s a great photo.

This photo really caught my attention, big surprise. I like the bright colors used, you hardly see bright pictures like this and if you do they aren’t great but you really pulled it off with these skittles. I also like how they get blurry after the first two rows and the big pile in the back ground.

I like how the skittles were arranged, and that you felt the need to stamp the red skittle with an S because without the stamp it would be difficult to distinguish what the picture would be of. I wish there wasn't so much of a glare on all of the other skittles, and I wish the saturation of the orange skittles was increased because it is hard to see where they are. Overall I like the picture. Good work!!

I really like the lighting on this photo. They all have a light spot, but the skittle with the s up doesn't have any on it. The color choose was great! It keeps me looking for the orange if i can find it or is that a red one. Nice job on this photo!

This picture is awesome!!! Some people might not like the glare on the other skittles, but I think the glare makes the picture interesting. It draws attention to the one skittle that has an "S" on it. Another thing that draws attention to the one skittle is the blurry negative space. Blurry negative space makes any photo mysterious and creative. These colors work really well for this photo. Not only do I love this picture, but I absolutely LOVE skittles so this picture makes me really happy! Great work!

This is a good idea with the skittles; you make them look glossy and bright. I think it’s a little too blurry for me, but it sure is a SWEET lookin’ photo.

I really like the yellow and red. With the light beaming on a certain angle of the picture. They are all in perfect rows while the background is becoming out of focus. Overall great photo.

I like this photo and how they made just one of the skittles in focus, and the rest blurred out. I also like how they lined up the same colors and did not just lay them out how ever.
