This picture I am using this time for the blog posting assignment was actually not meant to be used as a blog posting picture. I originally took this picture for the photo journalism assignment and really liked this picture and wanted to use it for a blog posting picture also for one of my favorite photos I have taken. I was in the pottery room, taking pictures of pottery club people and the sculptures that they were working on. I thought this mask the guy was working on was really cool and I also liked the other mask the guy was working on so I wanted to use both of them in the picture. I really like how clearly in focus the front mask is, and how you can see the clay he is putting on the mask and the clay on the paint brush is wet. I think that was a really cool effect for the picture.
