This is one of my pictures that I took for the night project. My shutter speed was slowed way down to about 30 seconds. It captured the light from the snowman light and still had some depth of field to it. I am very pleased with this picture and I like the clarity of it. The plant looks very clear and so does the snowman. This picture really turned out nice and was fun to take because all our Christmas lights were out so I had more of a variety for night photos.

This is an interesting picture. I like the light of the snowman contrasting with the brown leaves and the night time. At first i wasn't sure if I liked how light the face of the snowman is, but now I think that it adds to the photo because you have to look a little harder to see the eyes and nose. I also like how it is giving off a sort of glow to part of it's surroundings.
