Loner

I took this picture on a trip down to beaver pond with a marine resources class. The tree really caught my eye because it was branchless and standing alone in the pond. The only editing I did was a little bit of curves adjustment.

i really like the reflection in this shot. the colors are good too. i think the horizon line is a little close to the center but the tree breaks that up well.

This one is very much my style of photography, capturing the essence of nature in the shot. I really like the water component of the shot, and the tree sticking straight through the middle. The color seems a little dull, but that's easy to fix.

This picture is cool. I like how you focused on the on tree with the rest in the back. It’s a little dark but still good.

This picture is good because it has many different objects that just make the picture flow together. The line between the sky and trees is awesome because it is a definate line so you can tell where one ends and the other starts.

I agree with LJEtt. I like the tree because it is at an angle which helps the piece. I would like to see the horizon line go upwards because the reflection in the water is very interesting and you could keep the same aspect of the clouds if you moved it up. Overall this picture stood out to me above all the others. Good Job!

I liked this photograph because of the reflection of the water. I believe it has a good quality and the subject is in a good position in the photo. Also i thought that the clouds added more composition to the image. Moreover i think how in the reflection the tree looks like a cross, but its just a tall vacant line out of the water.
