I took this photo because I love the colors of the ocean in this picture. The water looks especially good when it hits the rock and turns into a white tint. I took this picture when I was at the beach. It was difficult taking this photo because I had to get the exact timing right in order for the waves to look good and for the water to not get sucked back into the open water.

This is a neat shot, but could use some work. Things i like are the color of the water. It has a nice blue color that contrasts well with the brownish gray of the rocks. I like the foam in the water and the splash on the rocks, it adds character to the shot. Things i wish were changed were if the shot were from a different angle, maybe a sunset or some nice clouds in the background and some sort of foreground. The shot as it is has no foreground, just a rock or bush, something up close that can lead the viewer's eye into the image. The last thing is i wish it was taken at a different time of day to get rid of the shadow line. Great shot though, good idea and it seems like a pretty place.
wow what a photo. i really like it. there no beaches like that where i am from. i do like the white foam of the waves on the rocks. thats pretty cool. I can understand how you had to take the shot exactly when the waves hit the rocks. i like the colors in this photo. i like the blue of the water vs. the white of the foam. then you have the dark beaten rocks. i do not like the shadow on the rock in this photo. There is nothing much you can do about that though. i like your high angle looking down into the water. i like how you can see a line of the waves up there in the top left hand corner. That adds a bit of linear perspective. but overall great shot.

This is a great picture of the waves hitting the shore. I like how he sun is lighting the picture but you cant see it.
