You're looking at a fountain. It's not an outdoor fountain, it's a fountain that sits on a shelf. It's like a volcano erupting with a ball on top. The water is pushing up on the ball causing it to spin. If you look closely you will see the water on the left and the ball spinning more on the right. If you get what I mean.

I thought it must be a chunk of amber on the top. After your explanation I still don't quite understand what it is. I think the top portion is amazing, but it gets a bit weak toward the bottom. I think it could use a cropping, losing a bit of the black bottom that makes it look like it is floating.

I really like this picture the glow of the fountain and the bubbles are nice an the entire area around it is black nice picture ima try this but with faster shutter speed it might be pretty cool with the ball an water all at a standstill and in focus. FORTE
