I took this picture for our night assignment. I used a medium shutter speed. I zoomed in close to try and get the Bokeh affect. I really like this picture. I do think I could have tried to get the picture more in focus because it is a little blurry, but besides that I am very pleased with this photo.

I like the bright colors and the purposeful-looking out of focus effect. Although on the part where it would be best to have focus, it still looks a bit fuzzy and shallow in the depth of field. The contrast between the black and color adds a nice effect and really makes up for the blur – but still something to consider.
I enjoy how it jovially compliments the holiday season, giving just a glimpse at the colorful lights one is surrounded in during winter. Try positioning the subject a little differently next time and maybe the color won’t be the only interest point.
I like that this photo is so bright, and how the light is blurry towards the back so it puts more emphasis on the colored light.
I love the mood of Christmas and light that it gives.
I like this photo. The different colors really grab your attention. Your description said it is blurry? The blue light is in focus and that i'm guessing is the main focus. If not, I still think its a great photo. And Kayla... I really don’t see anything wrong with the depth of field, it dose not look fuzzy at all and the positioning of the photo is perfectly fine. And even if you think its fuzzy, it’s not blurry and that’s all that matters, it’s meant to be that way witch makes it a great photo. Awesome work Kailyn!

This photo seems very boring to me. I don't think there is really any interesting color in it. I really don't even know what that is. In your description it doesn't really give you any hints. I think the lighting could have been so much better. I think the picture could have also been way better looking if you put leaves more into the picture. Good job thougth.
