Park in a city

Photo by: Samantha Fikilini, 5th period

I went to Portland with my dad over the weekend in March for my birthday. While we were in the city we walked around and I took some pictures. This is one that I took of a building next to a park.

this is an interesting photo. i like your approach in capturing the tree and the building. its like a mix of older urban and nature. i also like the lines of the tree over the white building.

I’m not so sure I like this picture it seems like it’s a little too bright with a white building. And it seems like the sky isn’t there.

Sam, I love all of your pictures. I like this one because of the lighting and because of the contrast between the dark and light colors. Although it’s a little bit grainy, I still like it a lot. In fact, it adds to the picture. Good job :)

This picture is not one of the more typical photos, but it's nice. I can really tell contrast was used in this one, because of the building. Good job.

This picture has a lot going on, there is a fat tree sitting in the middle that looks sort of creepy. The building looks good and old. Good job buddy
